The Experience
The Courses
We typically will play 2-3 top 100 course and 2-3 of the other Pinehurst courses in a given year.
Pinehurst #2
The granddaddy of them all, where Donald Ross decided greens should be domes just to mess with your short game. Oh, and it’s hosted more U.S. Opens than you’ve made birdies in your life.
Pinehurst #4
Gil Hanse took a look at Pinehurst’s history and said, "Let’s add some elevation and sand because, clearly, you didn’t struggle enough on No. 2." It’s a beautiful beating.
Pinehurst #8
Tom Fazio's Centennial tribute, where he decided to combine beauty with a layout that'll make you question your life choices.
The Cradle
Pinehurst’s short course that says, "Sure, you’ve suffered, but here’s a 9-hole break. Have a drink, hit a wedge, and try not to embarrass yourself." Perhaps the most fun you'll ever have on a golf course.
Tobacco Road
Mike Strantz must’ve been like, "How can I terrify golfers?" Rugged terrain, wild features, and more blind shots than a night out in Vegas. It’s chaos, and you’ll love it.
Mid Pines
Donald Ross showing off his minimalist side. It’s classic, it’s old-school, and it’ll make you wonder why hitting straight is still so hard after all these years.
Pine Needles
Another Donald Ross creation, because one wasn’t enough. Recently hosted the 2022 U.S. Women's Open, where the pros made it look way easier than it is. Spoiler: it’s not. .
Pinehurst 1-10
Pinehurst is where golf's rich history meets a gauntlet of gorgeous, yet brutal courses that will test your game, your patience, and possibly your sanity-because nothing says "bucket list" like walking off with a bruised ego in the mecca of US golf.
