This is not a public tournament. Submitting a form does not guarantee entry. It merely begins your formal journey through the Shampions selection gauntlet.

Returning players get priority.
Perfect-attendance guys first. Then returning players in good standing. Then referrals from the roster. Then the waitlist. Then, if a spot opens, you.

Referrals matter.
A vouch from a current player will move you up the list. The invitee sheet is LinkedIn-vetted. "I saw the promo video" is not a vouch.

Deposit timing settles ties.
First Venmo, first served. Sign-up date is Nov 1 the year prior. Bring your credentials, bring your GHIN, and bring the money — in that order.

Deposits are non-refundable.
The unacceptable excuses list has been documented for years. "My wife changed her mind" and "my dog died" are both on it. Flakes get poured out and shamed on video. This is not a threat, it is a tradition.
