Since 2024 we run two houses. The Quiet House is Mike's actual Pinehurst lake house — bought partly for this tournament — and the Fun House is a much nicer rental across town. The draft happens at the Fun House. Sleeping arrangements depend on who paid first.

Draft night lives here. Poker tournament ($100 buy-in). March Madness on. Lights out at midnight, but the neighborhood is not on our schedule.
Added in 2026 and immediately indispensable. Handles laundry, meals, kitchen cleanup, and the general moral compass of both houses. She is paid. Tip her, and thank her. If you are the reason she has a hard day, you will hear about it — from her, from Mike, and quite possibly on the group chat.
Beds and rooms are assigned by deposit order — first Venmo, first pick — with seniority weighting for perfect attendance. Starting 2027, tournament placement also influences the following year's selection. It pays to be on time. It also pays to be good.
